Qualified in electrical engineering
profession, with over 25 years experience
of International construction projects in the
Middle East, North Africa, UK and Irish
markets. Dominic has spent a number
of years in Libya working as construction
manager for IICC where he successfully
completed a number of major projects in the
aviation & oil and gas sectors, including,
Successful design, Engineering & Construction
for Airport projects both in Libya & Europe.

Stephen Connor
Qualified in mechanical engineering and has in
excess of 12 years experience within the M+E
disciplines. Stephen is in the role of
Project Management, responsible for a number
of oil and gas projects. His area of expertise
lie in construction management of M+E works,
expediting, scheduling, co-ordination and
client liaison. Stephen now directs all
contracts from our Benghazi Head Office.

Piotr Polachowski
Qualified electrical engineer and has in
excess15+years experience in this field, he
has proved over the years his ability to
conduct himself in a very professional manner,
an efficient reliable individual who plays a
major role within the management structure.
Master degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jerry Jurzcuk
is a qualified Mechanical Technician who has worked
in this industry for 20 years+ having worked in
Libya for 12years. He has gained through his dedication,
skills and work ethics the position he has
held for a number of years as that of site manager.
Ensuring the projects program is maintained
and completed on time.
